How it all started...
North Pointe Church, formerly known as Trinity Chapel, began its journey in November 1962 inside two former army barracks. Rev. Naomi Thomison led the congregation for its first 11 years, followed by four other pastors over the next 6 years. In 1977, Rev. & Mrs. Billy Sanders began their first tenure as pastors, serving until 1980 and returning in 1983 to continue their ministry.
Under Pastor Billy and Gail's leadership, the church experienced growth and transformation, including the establishment of a child care center and a name change to Trinity Living Center following a major building program. In 2002, Pastor Brent joined the staff, eventually becoming Lead Pastor in 2016.
In September 2022, Pastor Billy passed away, and Pastor Brent assumed the role of Senior Pastor, continuing the legacy of faith and community that defines North Pointe Church.

Where we are headed...
We are continuing TO BE LIKE JESUS FOR THE SAKE OF OTHERS. The Son of Man came to SEEK and SAVE the lost (Luke 19:10). And Matthew said in 20:28 that even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve... By following Jesus we always know that SAVED people - SERVE people. As we continue to focus on Christ, the Lord expanded our Vision and we began believing for a food trailer. And Praise God we have a food Trailer and ready to serve the Good News of Jesus Christ all over.
